Spring Banquet and Award Ceremony 2025

On February 22, 2025, as spring returned to the earth, the Greater Bay Area Quality Education Association held a grand Spring Banquet and Award Ceremony at the Scout Headquarters on Austin Road. Guests gathered, laughter and joy filled the air, as they celebrated the fruitful achievements of the past year and looked forward to the future.

The event began with a welcome speech from the chairperson, who reviewed the accomplishments of the association in 2024 and briefly outlined the development plans for the coming year. Subsequently, Professor Liu Zhengguang, former Director of the Civil Engineering and Development Department, delivered an enthusiastic address as the guest of honor.

During the award ceremony, several outstanding individuals and institutions were recognized, with Professor Lau Ching Kwong receiving the "Greater Bay Area Hong Kong Infrastructure Development Achievement Award" for his exceptional contributions to the construction of the Greater Bay Area. Additionally, many schools and educational institutions received awards for their remarkable performances in various fields. For example, St. Stephen's College shared its successful experiences in STEM education, sparking enthusiastic discussions among the attending guests.

During the Spring Banquet, Principal Mak Wai-lun's brilliant speech, along with the presentation of multiple awards, brought the atmosphere to a climax. Finally, the event concluded on a joyful note with a lucky draw and free exchanges among participants.
